We want you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Chelsea Inn. That’s why we’ve set up some policies to ensure every guest feels welcome.
Before you arrive, please familiarize yourself with our guest policies:
A 50% deposit is required to secure a room. The balance is due at time of check-in.
Check in 3PM, Check out 12PM
Due to it's age and layout, our establishment does not have an elevator.
The Inn is a smoke free establishment
Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Our establishment is not suitable for children under the age of 12yrs old and not permitted to stay as guests. Please be sure to plan appropriately when staying with us.

Room rates are based on two person occupancy. At Check-In, Guest agrees to pay additional occupancy fee of $15.00 per guest/per night for reservations with more than two guests per room. Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle/reservation. A fee of $10 per additional vehicle/night will be collected at time of check-in. Smoking is prohibited. Guests agree to pay $100 for deep cleaning services upon discovery of any substance being smoked in a guest room.
Booking a certain type of room does not guarantee a specific room number. To guarantee a room there will be an additional charge. By agreeing to these terms you hereby acknowledge this policy, and understand that refunds will not be given due to the exact room number requested not being given. We will accommodate any and all possible requests for rooms when you call, we will inform you the best we can of current bookings
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
There’s truth to the old saying, “Expect the unexpected.” That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy for those who book our rooms. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours ahead of your arrival. We’re sad to see you cancel, but you can if you must.
