HOTEL POLICIES

Staying at Our Historic Atlantic City Inn?

EVERY GUEST DESERVES A COMFORTABLE VISIT.

We want you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Chelsea Inn. That’s why we’ve set up some policies to ensure every guest feels welcome.

 

Before you arrive, please familiarize yourself with our guest policies:​​

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due at time of check-in.

  • The registered guest must be 25+ years of age and must present photo ID and credit card with matching name at time of check in.

  • Our establishment is not suitable for children under the age of 12yrs old. Please plan appropriately when staying with us. 

  • A security deposit or up to US$250 is required at check-in to be collected by credit card only.

  • Check in 3PM-8PM, Check out 11AM

  • Non Guest Parking is also available at a minimum rate of $15/day. Parking rates are based on demand and may fluctuate with the season.

  • The Chelsea Inn is not equipped with an elevator. All guest rooms are accessible by stairs only.

  • The Inn is a smoke free establishment. This applies to all substances. 

  • Designated smoking areas are available outside.

  • Additional Policies are noted on the booking page.

Room rates are based on two person occupancy. Guests booking any room with a four person max occupancy agree to pay an additional $15 per guest/night when reserving the room for more than two guests. This additional fee will be collected at check-in. Complimentary parking for guests is available for one vehicle/reservation. A fee of $15 per additional vehicle/night will be collected at time of check-in. Smoking is prohibited. Guests agree to pay $100 for deep cleaning services upon discovery of any substance being smoked in a guest room.

When booking a room "type", Guests agree that any room of that type is acceptable. To book a specific room, please contact the Inn directly for availability. There is an additional charge for this service. By agreeing to these terms you hereby acknowledge this policy, and understand that refunds will not be given when a specific room number, not requested in advance to check in, is not assigned. The Chelsea Inn makes every effort to accommodate special requests made in advance of check-in.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation deadline is 48 hours ahead of your arrival. Cancelling with in 48 hours of the reservation will result in the Guest being charged one nights stay plus tax. "No show" reservations will be charged the entire reservation fee plus tax.
